Eligibility:  

The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and reside in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, where the giveaway is being conducted. Employees of In Canberra and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. 

Entry Period:  

The giveaway will run from 7pm Monday 12th February – until 7pm Monday 27th May. Entries submitted after the end date will not be eligible. 

How to Enter:  

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the form listed on our website. Participants will receive 10 additional entries if they download and create an account on the InCanberra mobile application after its launch date.  

Prize:  

The winner will receive $500 cash directly transferred to their bank account from InCanberra.  

Selection of Winner:  

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via email on Tuesday 28th May.  

Claiming Prize:  

The winner must claim the prize by providing their bank transfer details within 5 days of being notified. If the prize is not claimed within the designated time frame, it will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected. 

General Terms:  

In Canberra reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the giveaway at any time without prior notice. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the InCanberra, which are final and binding. 

Release of Liability:  

By entering the giveaway, participants release InCanberra from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prize. 

Privacy:  

Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties. Entrants also agree that they will be signed up to InCanberra’s mailing list upon completing the Giveaway form. 

Disputes:  

Any disputes arising from or related to the giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the country where the giveaway is being conducted. 

By participating in the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
